Qualifications

Job Opportunity: ADAS Calibration Technician (Mobile Role)

Hi, I’m Adam, Vice President of ADAS Calibration Services. We’ve had an exciting year building out the CollisionRights 360Align Division, focusing on essential ADAS calibrations and operations while maintaining calibration revenue in-house. Our team continually improves, delivering safer vehicles. We are now looking for a new team member to help us advance our mission.

Key Items
  • Location: Travel between collision repair shops in the Indianapolis, IN area.
  • Mobile Role: Operate a company vehicle; valid driver’s license required.
  • Pay: $18-$30 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities
  • Recalibrations: Perform static and dynamic ADAS recalibrations on foreign and domestic vehicles at our locations or at mobile customer sites after training.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the field team to ensure efficiency.
  • Tool Use: Utilize various tools for recalibrations and keep software updates current daily.
  • Diagnostics: Conduct scans before and after recalibrations, troubleshoot issues, and test drive vehicles post-recalibration.
  • Customer Service: Build relationships, deliver consistent results, and explain calibration needs to repair personnel.
  • Inventory Management: Manage ADAS inventory, including vehicles, devices, and diagnostic tools.
  • Training & Development: Attend training sessions and maintain an organized workspace.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least one year in automotive repairs; experience with module programming, wiring, or ADAS recalibration is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of diagnostics, scan tools, factory software, and basic computer skills preferred.
  • Certifications: ASE or I-CAR certifications are a plus.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in an autobody shop and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, positive, customer-focused, team-oriented.
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license, pass MVR check, lift up to 50 lbs, travel as needed.
