The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy ADAS Calibration Technician to join our team. You’ll be our technical expert for identifying, diagnosing, and precisely calibrating Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Your work ensures that vital safety features, such as lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, and blind-spot monitoring, perform to OEM specifications after collisions, windshield replacements, or suspension repairs.

What We Offer

  • $25–$38 per hour, depending on experience and certifications, plus bonus and commission opportunities
  • Paid sick leave accrues at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked
  • Paid holidays
  • Company-supplied uniforms
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan eligibility begins after 90 days
  • Stable, family-owned company with long-term growth opportunities

What You’ll Do

  • Perform calibrations: Complete accurate static (in-shop target placement) and dynamic (on-road test drive) calibrations across a wide variety of makes and models.
  • Scan and diagnose: Run pre-repair scans to identify diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and map out required repairs, then perform post-repair scans to verify system integrity.
  • Follow OEM procedures: Research and strictly follow the OEM repair procedures and calibration requirements for every vehicle.
  • Document everything: Keep thorough digital records of calibration results, post-scan reports, and photos to support insurance compliance and customer safety records.
  • Maintain equipment: Care for and update calibration fixtures, targets, laser alignment tools, and diagnostic scanners.
  • Collaborate: Communicate clearly with repair teams, service advisors, and insurance adjusters about repair timelines and blueprinting requirements.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, wheel alignment, or collision repair
  • Comfort working with tablet-based diagnostic tools, OEM software, and complex computerized equipment
  • Exceptional precision and spatial awareness, including setting physical targets to the millimeter
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required for dynamic road-test calibrations)
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing training
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced shop environment

Preferred: I-CAR certification (Platinum status preferred) or ASE certifications (A6, A8, or L3)
