Job summary

Jobtailor in McKinney, TX offers a paid apprenticeship as a Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice. You will receive mentorship and training to perform Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations, following OE specifications and repair standards.

During the 7-month program, you will develop calibration skills across multiple manufacturers and progress toward a Cal Technician or On-Site Calibration role, with ongoing education and virtual support.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Must be able to understand instructions - written and verbal.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in initial training, virtual support, and continuing education on new vehicle technology.
• Progress to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration role by the end of the 7th month.
• Follow OE specifications and repair standards.
• Develop calibration technician skills across a wide range of manufacturers.
