CELTS Aquatics Group is seeking an entry-level swim instructor to provide one-on-one or small group aquatic lessons tailored to each swimmer's needs, focusing on safety, water survival skills, confidence, and independence.

You will adapt curricula for autism, ADHD, or physical limitations, track progress, and build trust with students. On-the-job training will certify you in the CELTS Adaptive Swim program.

Qualifications

• Entry level; on-the-job training provided.
• Background in special education, therapy, or care-giving preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn CELTS Adaptive Swim program.

Responsibilities

• Adapt lessons to match student abilities and needs.
• Ensure safety of swimmers in and around water.
• Build rapport with students using patience and positive reinforcement.
• Track student milestones and challenges during lessons.
