  • Ensure individual needs of the participants are met and supported while remaining within the approved program parameters.
  • Implement modifications and adaptations to approved goals as needed
  • Ensure appropriate programming/support is provided in a 1:1 client ratio
  • Accurate, timely completion of paperwork required by funders and YMCA
  • Provide opportunities to build self-help and independent skills
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurately prepare and provide proper records, documentation and files
  • Communicate professionally and accurately with YMCA staff, participants and families.
  • Complete and maintain all required certifications
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School/GED/University completion in field or related field (based on position)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 0ne to two years related experience preferred
  • Ability to use typical business software and office equipment
  • Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
  • Completion of YMCA program-specific certifications
