Responsibilities

• Design and deliver individualized and adaptive instruction to students with special needs, ensuring all IEP goals are met
• Assess student progress regularly and modify teaching approaches as needed
• Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment where all students feel valued and able to learn at their own pace
• Maintain thorough, organized records in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, aides, and families to support student learning and well-being
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and review of plans
