Job summary

Peace Living LLC is seeking a compassionate Adaptive Skills Professional in California to support individuals with developmental disabilities across San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley. You will foster socialization, self-care, and community participation.

The role offers part-time hours with potential advancement to full-time. Pay ranges from $23.25 to $32.00 per hour, with quarterly increases based on performance. Requires Master’s degree and clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must have Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Pairing with 1–4 consumers; clean driving record.
• TB test within 2 years; background check and Live Scan.
• HIPAA awareness and mandated reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement adaptive skills training plans.
• Foster socialization, self-care, and community skills.
• Provide transportation training and budgeting basics.
• Coordinate with families and office for progress updates.
