GardaWorld Security Services in Austin, TX is hiring a casual Security Officer – Response to adapt quickly to daily tasks, from customer service to patrols and surveillance. The role offers a flexible schedule across mornings, days and overnights with a strong chance of 32–40 hours per week and a competitive $19.00 hourly wage.

Ideal candidates are authorized to work in the U.S., have a HS diploma or GED, and can pass an extensive screening.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass extensive screening.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
• Strong problem solving and responsive mindset.
• Security, military or law enforcement background is a plus.
• Texas Security License or ability to obtain one is preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to ensure security.
