GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer in the Dallas area. You will adapt to patrols, customer service, and surveillance across multiple sites, with guaranteed hours and a $20/hour wage.

DailyPay option is available for GardaWorld employees. Responsibilities include monitoring premises, conducting patrols, controlling access, reporting incidents, and coordinating with authorities when needed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to pass extensive screening
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem solving and responsiveness
• Security or related experience considered a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats and provide customer service.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property
