Job summary

Legacy Health in the United States is seeking an experienced RN for our Resource Team to provide flexible bedside nursing across multiple hospital units. You will perform assessments, administer medications, float to areas of greatest need, and document care in the EHR while maintaining patient safety and infection-control standards.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will educate patients and families, participate in care planning, and adapt to diverse unit workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience performing comprehensive patient assessments in acute care settings.
• Proficiency with nursing care planning and evidence-based interventions.
• Competence in medication administration and IV therapy; knowledge of safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside care across multiple inpatient units as staffing needs change
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care coordination
• Use EHR systems for accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families on treatments, discharge plans, and self-care
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards and protocols
• Adapt quickly to new units, workflows, and patient populations
