Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a registered nurse.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state; CPR/BLS certification; ACLS if in critical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible nursing coverage across units and departments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Assess patients and tailor care plans based on diagnoses and history.
