Job summary

Ira Green, Inc. is seeking a Floater Production Support to work across various production departments in Providence, RI. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to quickly learn new processes while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

The position offers full-time hours with opportunities to work in different shifts and departments. Prior manufacturing/warehouse experience is preferred, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and perform a variety of manufacturing tasks.
• Adapt quickly to changing production needs and move between departments.
• Support safety and housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support in Hydraulic-Trim Operation, Machine Polisher, Racking, Main Floor Production, Fusion.
• Make recommendations to upgrade processes when opportunities are identified.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors to ensure workflow between assignments.
