What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and drive overall short-term strategy for accounts aligned with customer business objectives
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
- Collaborate with Workday Account Executives to identify potential sales opportunities for existing customers
- Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect pipeline and service forecast data
- Execute go-to-market plans focused on Target Account Selling and Demand Generation Activities
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions to C-level executives in a field sales position
- Proven experience selling a Planning/EPM solution
- Strong understanding of the strategic competitive landscape and industry trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with account planning and coordinating with internal stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working in a Volume and Velocity business with 2-3 month sales cycles
- Ability to develop deep product expertise on new products
- Proven track record of partnering with internal teams on account strategies
- Familiarity with demand generation activities such as prospecting and campaigns
