LABBB Educational Collaborative in Burlington, MA, is hiring an Adaptive Physical Education Teacher to provide direct APE services to students with diverse needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, adapt curricula, and supervise students to ensure safety and success across settings.

The role requires an MA PE license, APE certification, and CPR/First Aid. The position is full-time, with school-year duration plus summer work, and involves travel between LABBB sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or General Education teaching.
• Massachusetts Physical Education license.
• APE certification and experience in Adapted Physical Education.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct APE services to students per IEP goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for instruction and therapy.
• Supervise students during activities and ensure safety.
• Document progress and Medicaid billing as indicated.
• Develop inclusive PE access and adaptations.
• Maintain equipment and transportation between sites.
