Description: Applications are now being accepted for the Adaptive Physical Education Teacher position supporting students in the Montgomery County area, tentatively in the Kettering City School District. The teacher will assist students with developmental deficiencies by implementing the state-approved curriculum, documenting teaching and student progress, activities, and outcomes. The teacher will work to develop student leadership, teamwork, responsibility, and social skills, providing a safe and optimal learning environment. Feedback regarding student progress, expectations, and goals will be provided to students, parents, and administration. The teacher will promote a positive impression of the district and the Montgomery County ESC. Applicants must hold or be willing to pursue the APE Endorsement.
