GYMGUYZ San Diego is seeking an Adaptive Personal Trainer to deliver in-home, office, or community-based workouts across San Diego County. You’ll craft fun, customized sessions for clients with diverse abilities, using our app to track progress and reassess as needed.

We offer flexible schedules (part-time or full-time), growth opportunities into Master Trainer roles, paid onboarding, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver creative, individualized workouts for adaptive clients.
• Modify exercises and use innovative tools to support diverse needs and abilities.
• Use the GYMGUYZ Fitness App to personalize sessions and track progress.
• Motivate clients through encouragement, accountability, and positivity.
• Conduct Reassessments in the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Travel between client locations professionally and reliably.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — DRIVE — in every session.
