GYMGUYZ San Diego is hiring an Adaptive Personal Trainer to deliver customized workouts in clients’ homes, offices, or community spaces. You’ll create engaging routines for a broad range of abilities with no gym required and no client intake delays.

With NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM certification and a compassionate approach, you’ll travel between client locations, document progress in the app, and grow through a clear path into leadership roles. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with adaptive training experience.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism.
• Wamiliar with travel to client locations and scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized workouts for adaptive clients.
• Modify exercises to support diverse abilities.
• Use the GYMGUYZ App to track progress and reassess.
• Motivate clients with accountability and positivity.
• Manage your schedule and travel between locations.
• Represent DRIVE values in every session.
