What You’ll Do:

1. Deliver personalized in-home and on-site personal training sessions tailored to clients of all fitness levels and goals, including those with intellectual and physical disabilities
2. Design customized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App based on client needs and preferences
3. Ensure client safety, provide ongoing motivation and support the client fitness journey
4. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and the importance of a healthy lifestyle
5. Conduct reassessments to monitor client progress and promote retention
6. Manage appointments and schedules using the GYMGUYZ scheduling app
7. Travel to client locations, ensuring punctuality, professionalism and adherence to brand standards
8. Participate in team meetings and perform additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

1. Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, e.g. Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, or in special education settings
2. Nationally recognized personal training certification, e.g. ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM
3. Additional adaptive fitness certification strongly preferred, e.g. Certify Strong, ATA
4. Current CPR/AED certification
5. Comprehensive knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and nutrition
6. Infectious energy and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and team members effectively
7. Willingness to travel to client locations and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
8. Comfortable with commuting to client locations; most sessions are within a 30-minute travel radius
9. Drive time and mileage beyond 30 minutes may be eligible for reimbursement at your manager's discretion
10. Territory runs from Tarzana to Studio City; willingness to travel beyond this area on occasion is required
11. A collaborative team player spirit with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
12. Experience with Mindbody and Trainerize is a plus
13. Ideal candidate lives in or very near Sherman Oaks / Encino
