Sequoia Care in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team on a part-time, on-site basis. You will assess and treat speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in residents across settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in the state of Florida (required).
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Senior living or similar experience preferred.
• CPR certification as required by facility or state.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for improving residents’ quality of life through evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized speech-language therapy plans.
• Deliver direct treatment in senior living setting.
• Address speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing needs.
• Educate and train residents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Document resident progress and revise treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
