Job summary

Cromwell Public Schools is seeking daily substitute teachers to support classrooms across the district. The daily substitute rate is $145.00 per day, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree. Associates or 60 college credits are acceptable if the candidate has experience working with students and completes the CT DOE waiver with HR.

Applicants must be able to work per diem and set their own schedule, enabling flexible coverage across school days as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Associates Degree or 60 College Credits (Daily Sub Teacher without a Bachelor's must have 60 college credits and experience working with students - waiver with the CT. State Department of Education must be filled out with our the HR office).
• Experience working with students is required.
