Job summary

Olberding Brand Family in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Adaptive Artist to bridge design and production art for packaging and related media. You will convert customer artwork into press-ready files and maintain design intent throughout production.

You will work in a production art environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure artwork accuracy, brand compliance, and efficient file workflows. Experience in packaging design and Adobe Illustrator is required.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Graphics Design/Production, Printing or similar degree preferred.
• 5–7 years experience in Design or Production Art within an agency environment.
• Consumer product company knowledge or experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implements packaging and collateral designs across materials.
• Ensures brand guidelines and graphic standards are applied across artwork.
• Works from concept to final production stages.
• Maintains brand standards for client campaigns/package lines.
• Incorporates printing specifications and file construction standards into projects.
• Develops technical skills and design-focused thinking to support project briefs.
