Job summary

Insignia Event Services, a premier event solutions provider, seeks an ADA Golf Cart Driver to ensure top-tier guest service and efficient transportation around State Farm Stadium in Glendale. You will manage ADA guest and teammate mobility, provide directions, and support parking operations during events.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Experience in customer service or high-volume environment helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and friendly.
• Safely transport guests and teammates to and from parking areas.
• Provide accurate directions and information to guests.
• Assist with driving water to team members in parking lots.
• Communicate with drivers and supervisors via radio as needed.
• Possibly perform other parking-related duties during events.
