AD, Thought Leader Liaison Renal - South - Remote

Join Novartis as an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) and be a key player in our dynamic Marketing team dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in healthcare. In this customer-facing role, you'll engage with Thought Leaders (TL), key influencers, and organizations within the Renal therapeutic area, sharing insights and contributing to HCP education. Location: Covering the South territory of Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Candidates must reside within this territory; no relocation support is provided.

Travel: Up to 80% travel depending on the candidate's location within the territory. Work hours and travel specifics will be defined by the hiring manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support advocacy for the brand and therapeutic area through personal engagements and coordinated activities with cross-functional teams.
• Educate and align Thought Leaders to strategic imperatives; contribute to HCP education initiatives.
• Moderate and serve as faculty for educational events.
• Identify and execute educational opportunities, gathering insights to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with organizations for conferences, meetings, and advocacy events, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Thought Leader engagement within pharma (e.g., TLL, MSL, medical communications).
• Ability to travel up to 80% within the territory.
• Proven relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
• Strategic thinking, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial and budget management experience.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in Renal therapeutic area.
• MBA or advanced degree.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $145,600 - $270,400 annually, based on experience and skills. Includes performance incentives, equity awards, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Role requires initial training and a valid, unrestricted driver’s license due to travel responsibilities.
