RZR is seeking an Analyst to join our data-driven advertising team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will analyze large datasets, uncover actionable insights, and support optimization of programmatic campaigns across clients.

You will collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Business Development to translate findings into growth opportunities and drive performance for advertisers while thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on analytics experience in the programmatic media/advertising tech industry
• Experience using BI tools (Tableau, Sisense, etc.)
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, and R

Responsibilities

• Run campaign optimization and data trend analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Business Development to provide data-driven insights.
• Drive growth of the organization through analytical projects.
• Own analytics-related conversations with clients and drive success for assigned accounts.
