The base salary range for the Associate Director position is $165,600 to $248,400.
The base salary range for the Sr. Associate Director position is $196,000 to $294,000.
The position may be eligible for a role-specific discretionary bonus, relocation assistance, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and other factors permitted by law. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape disease state awareness efforts in one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing areas of pharmaceutical healthcare treatment. As part of the Consumer Marketing team, this role will be responsible for executing Obesity and/or MASH disease state awareness initiatives, translating established strategies into impactful consumer campaigns, educational programs, content, social/paid media activations, and patient engagement efforts. Success in this role requires strong project leadership, agency management, social and digital marketing expertise, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality execution and measurable business impact. While initially centered on disease state awareness, the role has the potential to expand into broader consumer marketing and launch-related responsibilities over time.
