    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

    - Coordinate and meet all deliverables accurately and in a timely manner
    - Traffic, flight, target and monitor ads in Google Ads Manager and Spring Serve
    - Maintain weekly QA and documentation of all creative units, placements, URLs, click commands, back-end tags/pixels, and impression delivery
    - Troubleshoot problems that arise from the publisher side
    - Support teams in preparing and delivering assets to media vendors

    What is Required (Qualifications):

    - 2+ years' experience in Ad Operations
    - Ability to work weekday and weekend hours
    - Hands-on experience working with streaming, CTV, and OTT campaigns
    - Experience working in Google Ad Manager and Spring Serve
    - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

    - Experience in programmatic advertising
    - Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
    - Familiarity with ad serving platforms and technologies
