DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS

• Communicate traffic functions and capabilities to internal and external customers.
• Monitor schedules, exception reports, and collaborate with Account Executives to recover lost revenue.
• Ensure all orders are entered accurately, completely, and on time.
• Track client tapes using the traffic system; maintain files for all paperwork and electronic orders.
• Assist Account Executives, Sales Management, and technical staff in diagnosing schedule delivery issues.
• Work with Account Executives to ensure proper copy is applied to all orders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Provide high-level support to internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of general ad sales order entry practices within the industry.
• Ability to work under deadline pressures.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
• Strong report writing, business correspondence, and procedural documentation skills.
• Effective presentation and Q&A skills for groups of managers, clients, and the public.
• Knowledge of Traffic System and sales automation software is a plus but not required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Office experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Media industry experience is a plus.
