Job summary

Unissant is seeking a Team Leader for Active Directory and Identity & Access Management to lead the AD/IAM operations team, drive security posture, and align with client requirements in a federal-like environment.

The ideal candidate brings deep AD/IAM experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to balance user support with compliance. This on-site role requires collaboration across IT teams and frequent stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Active Directory and Identity & Access Management systems.
• Bachelor's Degree is required; MBA preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate is required; ITIL and CISSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for AD and IAM operations.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to identity and access management.
• Monitor health, performance, and reliability of AD and IAM systems.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and access control requirements.
• Provide mentoring and operational support to team members.
• Coordinate with other IT teams to integrate AD and IAM services with enterprise applications.
