Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a remote AD HOC Report Resource in the Greater Sacramento, CA area (West Sacramento office as needed). You will review Medi-Cal data requests, build queries, export data, and deliver secure reports to support audits and investigations.

You’ll collaborate with clients, PMs, and technical staff to define business requirements, test scenarios, and streamline workflows. Gainwell offers flexible work, health benefits, 401(k), and career development.

Qualifications

• Three or more years translating technical goals into client actions.
• Knowledge of Google Data Analytics and Citrix.
• Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in healthcare industry (insurance, provider support, IT, or operations).

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze Medi-Cal claims data requests; build queries, export data, and deliver securely.
• Analyze and design processes to meet client tech objectives.
• Bridge between clients, PMs, and technical staff to define business requirements.
• Create or analyze basic test scenarios to verify client requirements.
• Support Medi-Cal litigation with data reports; respond to subpoenas.

Your role in our mission

Gainwell empowers you show you're a pro and help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes using innovative technology and solutions.

• Work independently to review and analyze requests for Medi-Cal claims data, including building database queries, exporting data, and filtering information for secure delivery. Data supplied may be used for audits and/or investigations of provider billing practices.
• Analyze, plan, design, document, and make recommendations to improve business processes that support the client's technological objectives.
• Serve as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define, track, and communicate business requirements and their expected impact by building basic conceptual data and process models.
• Create, execute, or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are incorporated into system design.
• Perform other administrative duties related to Medi-Cal litigation support activities, including supplying claims data reports in response to subpoenas.

What You Should Expect In This Role

• This is a remote position requiring candidates to reside in the Greater Sacramento, California area.
• Occasional onsite attendance may be required for meetings, special training, or other business needs at our West Sacramento office.

SACRAMENTO CA

The pay range for this position is $59,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
