Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing strategies to optimize ad delivery across platforms such as Google Ad Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the health and performance of ad delivery systems.
• Conduct regular system checks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with third-party vendors to maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support projects aimed at enhancing system capabilities and expanding functionalities.
• Define project goals and write technical documentation.
• Perform technical analysis to pivot data and review HTTPS requests. Develop and maintain documentation for ad delivery systems and processes.

Compensation and location

This role is remote. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with some location-based variations in base pay ranges. The base pay ranges vary by location and may be eligible for equity awards based on experience, performance, and location. Actual amounts vary by experience, performance, and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with ad technology or related technologies at a premium publisher.
• Proficient in ad delivery platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad serving technologies.
• Familiar with CRM/OMS technology such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with coding concepts (e.g., scripting, automation, or data analysis) to bridge system capabilities, user experience, and engineering teams.
• Experience with AI concepts or tools and the ability to envision and help implement AI-driven solutions to advance revenue growth.
• Eye for efficiency, usability, scale, and automation; always seek to improve processes.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, handle ambiguity, and use data to drive decisions.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to implementing ideas and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical analysis skills to pivot data and review HTTPS requests.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technology, with willingness to build vendor connections when needed.
