Job summary

Bloom Ads is seeking an Ad and Data Operations Coordinator to support campaign implementation and data processes behind reporting. You will assist with ad trafficking, campaign setup, data collection, quality control, and platform support.

The role is based in our Woodland Hills office and reports to the Ad Ops Supervisor, collaborating with media, account, analytics, and technical teams to ensure campaigns and reports run accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, information systems, data management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in advertising, media operations, data operations, or related role.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; data organization and validation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with campaign setup, execution, and troubleshooting across digital and traditional media.
• Traffic and quality check assets, tags, pixels, and tracking setups.
• Verify accuracy of orders, targeting, assets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with media partners and internal teams on requirements and deadlines.
• Collect, organize, and maintain data to support reporting across departments.
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies across platforms.
• Support data ingestion, pipeline monitoring, and database maintenance with tech teams.
• Prepare and update campaign reports, dashboards, analytics, and data metrics.
• Support invoice workflows, order management, and digital documentation.
• Follow data usage, security, and governance standards.
• Document and improve ad operations and data processes; assist with training.
