We are seeking an Ad CX Quality Programs Manager to lead and standardize quality control processes across our advertising experience ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary owner for quality initiatives, driving systematic improvements in our ad delivery systems, cue point management, and sponsorship programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical program management skills with a data-driven approach to quality control, leading cross-functional efforts to reduce customer-impacting defects, implement automated quality checks, and establish robust measurement frameworks. As our quality programs leader, you will partner with multiple teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance our advertising experience while ensuring operational excellence across our global platforms.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead and standardize quality control processes across Ad CX programs.
• Develop and implement automated quality checks, measurement frameworks, and dashboards for proactive issue identification and performance monitoring
• Establish standardized processes for defect taxonomy, tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution across teams
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts, including "Walk the Store" exercises, to identify and address quality gaps
• Partner with Trust & Safety and operational teams to ensure compliance and content appropriateness for PVA house ads
• Manage responses to VOC Ad CX signals and customer-reported issues, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights
• Design scalable solutions for international expansion of cue point systems and ad delivery quality
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Provide regular reporting on quality metrics and program effectiveness to senior leadership
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience in digital advertising, streaming media, or entertainment industry
- Experience building powerpoint decks with compelling narratives/storytelling
- Experience with advertising metrics
- Strong ability to translate complex data into digestible and compelling narratives
- Deep expertise in Airtable and Salesforce
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in a matrix organization
- Knowledge of advertising technology ecosystems and measurement frameworks

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
