Qualifications

• BSN or higher strongly preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of the facility required.
• Three years as a registered nurse strongly preferred.
• Two years of registered nursing experience required.
• Prior experience as a house supervisor strongly preferred.
• One year of experience with the population required.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing operations for the assigned unit.
• Oversee delivery of behavioral health/nursing services with a focus on safety and quality of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams and administration to meet patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and nursing standards.
• Recruit, hire and train nursing staff; manage performance and development.
