Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care
Location: Bedford, Pennsylvania 15522
Healthcare Setting: Post-Acute/Acute Care Unit
Start Date: August 11, 2025
End Date: October 6, 2025
Contract Duration: 8 weeks
Shift: 12-hour night shifts (18:45 – 07:15)
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,300 – $1,390
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in post-acute care, same day surgery, detox, bone marrow transplant, mental health, or IDD settings preferred
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend

Travel RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in acute and post-acute care environments
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and clinical progress
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
