The role focuses on delivering comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic kidney conditions, including pre- and post-dialysis management. Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans, perform thorough assessments, administer medications, monitor labs, and educate patients and families about renal conditions and treatments.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Knowledge of renal diseases, dialysis procedures, and related treatments.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a patient-first, learning-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex, evidence-based care to patients with acute and chronic kidney conditions, including pre- and post-dialysis management.
• Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Perform thorough patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor labs and fluid balance closely.
• Educate patients and families about renal conditions and treatments.
• Support safe transitions of care and contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives.
