Trinity Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Acute Rehab Unit on a part-time PRN basis. This 20-bed unit specializes in stroke, neurological, transplant, orthopedic, cardiac, and complex medical-surgical cases for adults 18+.

The role offers a rotating shift pattern and opportunities to connect with patients during their recovery. Qualified candidates will have a nursing diploma (ADN/BSN), Illinois license, and BLS certification prior to hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois.
• BLS certification required prior to hire.
• 1 year of RN experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care on the Acute Rehab Unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document accurately in the EHR.
