Job summary
Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Occupational Therapy Unit. This full-time position offers 8-hour day shifts in an Acute Rehab setting.
The OT will assess, plan, implement, and educate patients and families, demonstrating leadership and fostering collaboration among professionals while operating under general supervision. California OT license and BLS are required upon hire.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy school.
- California Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapy and educate patients and families.
- Demonstrate leadership and coordinate with other professionals and staff.
- Work under general supervision in a collaborative rehab setting.
