Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an Acute Rehabilitation unit in Pittsburg, KS. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy interventions to patients recovering from various conditions.

The role offers a 13-week contract with Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and optional Saturday PRN. Inpatient rehab experience is preferred and a valid OT licensure is required. ARMStaffing provides travel reimbursement, housing allowance, meals, and more.

Qualifications

• Preferred inpatient rehabilitation experience.
• Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Therapist licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' occupational therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to promote recovery.
• Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions to support patient rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
