Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program.
• Texas Physical Therapy license with ECPTOTE approval (Grace Period 90–180 days if on temporary license).
• Prefer one or more years of experience in acute physical therapy settings.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians and care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, and safe practices for independence.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care.
• Lead by example and mentor therapy assistants or students.
