• CA Licensed Physical Therapist required.
• AHA BLS Healthcare required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans, directs and administers physical therapy modalities as prescribed by a physician.
• Assists patients toward maximum function and independence.
• Participates in CQI activities and department excellence initiatives.
• Maintains thorough documentation in accordance with guidelines.
