Sharp HealthCare in San Diego, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients according to physician prescriptions. You will participate in CQI activities and help advance department goals while ensuring safe, effective care.

Required: CA PT license, AHA BLS certification, and graduation from an accredited PT program. CCS paneling may be needed for NICU; 6-month window for paneling. Schedule includes variable shifts; weekend coverage as needed.

Competenze

Graduation from an approved and accredited professional Physical Therapy school or program.
CA Physical Therapist license required.
AHA BLS Healthcare Professional certification required.

Evaluates and treats patients within the scope of care per physician orders.
Maintains timely, legible, and compliant documentation following department guidelines.
Participates in CQI activities and departmental goals; supports performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborates with the care team and participates in NICU-related CCS compliance when applicable.
