Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current OT license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure by examination or reciprocity.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs age- and diagnosis-appropriate evaluations and treatments.
• Maintains patient records according to documentation standards and policies.
• Exhibits flexibility in department needs and participates in staff/committee projects.
• Attains productivity levels set by administration and conducts required training and credentialing.
• Participates in education and training of OT students.
• Adapts care to diverse patient populations with respect for privacy and communication style.
