Job summary

TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking an Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department standards. You will collaborate with providers and care teams, following nursing models to ensure an outstanding patient experience and clinical outcomes.

You will assess patients upon admission and during shifts, administer medications, document care, and educate families about plans and potential side effects.

Qualifications

RN with current license to practice nursing in the relevant state.
BCLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
1 year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts, reporting changes promptly.
Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses with documentation in the medical record.
Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively address needs.
Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, medications, and follow-up measures.
