This role involves performing MRI imaging in an acute care setting, ensuring the highest imaging standards and patient safety. The position requires ARRT (MR) certification and experience as an MRI technologist. Additionally, there will be call coverage during weekdays and weekends, with the possibility of floating to different facilities. The job requires the adherence to safety protocols and a dress code of black scrubs and a black warm-up jacket.

Schedule

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Weekday and weekend call required

Shift start times may vary

Base: NCMC with possible float to Loveland or BFC

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Perform MRI imaging in an acute care setting

Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist review

Operate MRI equipment safely and maintain imaging standards

Ensure patient safety, screening, and positioning compliance

Follow MRI safety protocols and infection control guidelines

Float between assigned facilities as needed to support coverage

Requirements

Certifications/Licensure:

ARRT (MR) – Required

Experience:

MRI technologist experience – Required/Preferred per facility

Facility Details

Primary site: NCMC

Possible float locations: Loveland or BFC

Call coverage required (weekday + weekend)

Dress Code: Black scrubs + black warm-up jacket
