Job summary

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or active eNLC
• CPR certification (American Heart Association)
• Background clearances Act 34, Act 33, Act 73 (FBI fingerprinting)

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan and coordinate care for the appropriate age group.
• Initiates, monitors, and revises the interdisciplinary plan of care based on assessment findings and physician orders.
• Completes patient documentation in a comprehensive manner per facility policies and regulations.
• Provides ongoing teaching to patients and families across the continuum of care.
• May serve as a preceptor; supports development of students and new staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
