Job summary

Baptist Health Rehab Services is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for inpatient care in Lexington, KY. The PT will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and set goals while educating patients and families as part of overall care.

The staff therapist will supervise students and Rehab Services Technicians and contribute to department operations. The role requires a Kentucky PT license, a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, and BLS within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current license by the Kentucky Board of Physical Therapy is required.
• BLS certification within 30 days from date of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and Treat patients and develop a treatment plan with goals.
• Complete and maintain documentation per regulations and policies.
• Educate patients, families, and staff as part of the plan of care.
• Supervise and direct students and Rehab Services Technicians.
• Contribute to departmental operational planning and program goals.
• Adapt care for patients with cognitive, sensory, or mobility impairments.
