Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in Kentucky. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and set goals in collaboration with patients and families.

You will educate patients and families, ensure documentation compliance, supervise staff in the manager's absence, and coordinate care with physicians on discharge planning while staying current with industry research.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license required or temporary license within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized plans.
• Educate patients and families as part of treatment.
• Supervise department staff to ensure efficient service.
• Participate in departmental program development and daily operations in manager's absence.
• Communicate with physicians regarding care and discharge planning.
• Stay current with industry research.
