EVN Dialysis Center LLC in California seeks a licensed RN with dialysis experience to join our patient‑centered team. You will monitor patient care, supervise technicians, and deliver safe, high‑quality dialysis treatments.

Required: CA RN license, nursing degree from an approved school, BLS certification, and at least one year in hemodialysis. The role demands leadership, composure under pressure, and precise documentation.

Formación

• One-year experience in hemodialysis required.
• CA Registered Nurse License required.
• BLS Provider certification required.
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing required.
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate leadership potentials.

Responsabilidades

• Appropriately manage and direct care of fistula, shunts, grafts, and dialysis catheters with expertise.
• Responsible for proper management of the dialysis treatment for all patients under care.
• Administer and document medications; assess PRN needs and respond accordingly.
• Document assessments and evaluate adverse reactions.
• Obtain and execute physician orders promptly and accurately.
• Perform lab procedures including requisitioning, centrifuging, and obtaining specimens; apply universal precautions.
• Implement and evaluate patient care plans prescribed by physicians.
• Explain lab values and problems to patients and staff.
• Observe signs and reactions to therapy and take appropriate actions.
• Instruct patients or relatives on home care as instructed by physicians.
• Maintain medication log and supervise technicians to ensure task completion.
• Make frequent rounds to ensure patient safety.
