Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with two years nephrology nursing experience required in the last two years.
• Minimum 2 years inpatient dialysis nursing experience.
• Strong assessment skills for critically ill patients.
• BLS CPR certification; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and Apheresis.
• Supervise Patient Care Technicians and educate ICU staff for CRRT.
• Document treatments in ACES and hospital records.
• Prepare equipment, perform safety checks, and maintain cleanliness of dialysis areas.
• Communicate care plans with physicians and nursing staff.
