Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Omaha is seeking an Acute RN to deliver specialized dialysis and renal nursing care in our hospital services unit. You will work with hospital and outpatient teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.

This full-time role offers four 10-hour shifts starting at 7am, on-call rotations, and a competitive pay range of $48-$52 per hour plus comprehensive benefits including paid training, health coverage, PTO, retirement match, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current NERN license required.
• Six months' dialysis and/or critical care nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and water treatment in the acute setting.
• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis assessments.
• Initiate, monitor and terminate dialysis treatments per established policies and procedures.
• Dispense medications as ordered and document in the medical record.
• Administer blood and blood products per hospital policy and procedure.
• Accurately receive, transcribe and implement orders from physicians.
• Access lab reports, interpret and report necessary information to the nephrologist.
• Provide renal education to patients and family members.
• Serve as primary dialysis contact for nephrologists and hospital staff.
